ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Chet Agabiti started cooking in his family’s restaurant in 1967. On the charcoal grill where his dad taught him how to cook steak, he learned to determine steak doneness simply by touch. His parents were excellent cooks. Learning from his parents, Chet began writing down family recipes, giving them a twist to create variations. Today, Chet continues to enjoy cooking for his family and friends, occasionally catering events.
