This book has 77 Italian-American recipes, covering everything from appetizers to desserts. The collection includes six family hand-me-downs and cherished friends’ recipes, and the rest are my creations.  Our family’s plain cheesecake recipe goes back to 1958, and I started making them in the early ‘80s. I’ve added my twist with at least 12 variations, four of which you’ll find at the end of the book. They’re rich and indulgent, perfect for enjoying about four times a year.
